On May 22, 2009, Governor Henry signed into law a bill raising the DHS maximum from $7500.00 to $10,000 that will be allowed in a irrevocably assigned funeral plan beginning November 1, 2009. 

This amount will not be counted toward a persons assets when applying for DHS assistance for nursing home or benefits. 

Pre Paid Plans may be transferred from other funeral homes to us, We can help with all the arrangements for these important matters.
